    Why I'm ALL about ROI...

    July 23, 2010
  • Can I be honest?

One of the things that really aggravates me about business coaching is the RIDICULOUS amounts people charge for their services.

While I'm sure some of these experts are worth five and six figures towork with, here's what concerns me.

Often, I see entrepreneurs investing tens of thousands of dollars to work with someone they admire. For the price of a new car, they get shoved into some group coaching program with hundreds of others.

They rarely if ever enjoy one-on-one time with the person they wanted to work with.

The question I have to ask is -- where is the return on investment?

Let's say you invest $15,000 for some group program with some amazing guru.

Let's say you spend a year coaching with that person, on group calls and at live events.

Let's say you are one of 20, 50, or even 100 individuals in the particular program.

What's the likelihood that you'll recoup your investment?

Who's really holding you accountable, giving you guidance, and ensuring your success?

    No one.

    Except you.

Last year, I invested the price of a car in my own professional development.

Between my business coach, publicist, virtual assistant, marketing coach, AND financial advisor, I invested the equivalent of a nice down payment for a house.

The other people in my group coaching program did the same.

How many of us do you think got measurable results?

    Not many.

In fact, I was the only one who reached the six-figure mark. The others barely recouped their original investment.

I don't say this to brag. I say it to show the odds of success.

This is pretty standard. In any group coaching program there are likely to be a couple superstars. Everyone else gets lost in the shuffle.

And I'm not okay with that.

In fact, I'm offended by that.

My feeling is if you're going to invest that much money in your own professional development, you better be willing to do the work and get the desired results.

    Otherwise, don't bother.

That's why I'm limiting my four month Woohoo! to Cha-Ching! mastermind program to just 6 women.

I want to mentor six amazing women into superstardom, whatever that looks like for them.

First, I want to focus on ROI.

I want to help each of you recoup your investment in my program within the first month or two.

I also want to help you master your messaging, create an exciting vision for your business, and then work with you to achieve all your goals and dreams over the next four months.

    Will this be easy? No.

    Can it be fun? Yes!

Being in business is hard. It takes work. Accountability. Commitment.

And it can also be a whole lot of fun.

I'm looking for six superstars who are ready to get measurable results, build a rock solid platform, and at least quadruple your investment in my program over the next four months:  http://lisasteadman.com/woohoo-to-chaching-program/

I DON'T want you to invest in this program if you're not willing or ready to monetize your business in a big way.

    It just doesn't make sense.

If you're ready to rock your ROI, then by all means join my four month Woohoo! to Cha-Ching! mastermind program that starts in August.

I know how to monetize your business, create consistent cash flow AND loyal fans, and give you the support you need to step out into the world as the superstar you need to be to rock the Business of YOU.

Will you be one of my 6 superstars?
