Just woke up, put on my robe and recorded this vlog because I had to share something that I learned this week about relationships and negotiation. It was spurred on because the Wall Street Journal called me yesterday and asked me to comment on someone and his management style.
It made me think about how I recently had to deliver some "bad news" to one of my employees and how I was able to avoid a disagreement, negotiate and create a win/win situation from it.
