I am a bootcamp instructor and personal trainer. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Fitness and Exercise Science. I continued my education in San Diego, CA where I interned with Todd Durkin at Fitness Quest 10. In October I traveled down to Florida and received my combine training certification through IMG academies and Under Armour. I currently work at FX Studios in Hunt Valley, MD with Nate Costa.
