We have a 5-Step process for doing this, starting firstly with Values, which lays the foundations for everything to come. Thirdly is Barriers, which can actually be hidden strengths, and once we know and understand these can be our most powerful tool. Fourthly is Purpose, which is important for putting all the previous steps into perspective. We use Scientific Hand Analysis to assist with this step, and it is incredibly accurate. Lastly is the LifeMap itself, which is the implementation component of this entire process. It pulls all the previous steps together, and lays out a clear action plan to ensure implementation actually happens, and better yet, is consistently maintained.

I come from a finance background, and have worked on both the consulting and commercial sides for over 10 years. I have always had a strong desire to help people realize their potential and give them the tools to do this. We work with highly motivated business women and men, who are ready to really commit to this journey, and take the actions necessary to get where they want to go.
