I am a life coach. I take work with individuals on self-discovery; connecting to themselves to discover who they really are, what THEY want, and how to get it. Getting yourself on the right track is the key to motivation and deep success. I facilitate this for them. I also provide backcountry retreats during which we partake of the grandeur of nature's most spectacular destinations while participating in self-discovery techniques and working on personal Vision. It is transformative for my clients, and quite fulfiling for me.
