Before starting DDTC, LLC Charissa Robinson had been in customer service for over 10 years in the retail industry and managing small groups of personnel for effective production in high call volume for call centers. She has organized small groups for large mail migration efforts. She is a licensed vehicle operator by the state of Maryland’s Public Service Commission. Her driving experience extends over seventeen years without any negative incidents on her driving record.
