I give talks and workshops to parents, students, educators, and business leaders so they understand what matters most for our children and future leaders.
This work grew out of study I conducted while studying positive psychology at UPenn. Due to a tragedy, I shifted my focus from leading positive change with business executives to defining the innate abilities for life success in teens.
