No matter how dark it seems,

I believe there is a path to get back to your happy place.

I believe when one door closes, another one opens.

I believe even in our darkest moments, there can be light, sometimes we just need a hand to hold, someone to listen, a different point of view.

I believe there are little gifts as life happens around us, to us, even in our most grief stricken state. We may need a nudge to see it with a different lens.

I didn’t always believe these things, my “reality” was very different ten years ago.

I do this work because I believe we are all deserving of happiness, even in the face of great challenges. I think we are all born with intuition, grace and knowing how to self-care. But somewhere along the way, we begin closing doors due to the fear and hurt we’ve experienced. I do this work because I want to empower others to get their true happiness back, or discover it in the first place.

I do this work as someone whose faced her own losses. Stage four cancer at nineteen, infertility from the cancer, miscarriages, suicide of my mother followed by a failed marriage. Through it all, I’ve learned some amazing tools to come back to happy and I want to share them with you.
