I am a first time published novelist (Daughters of the Stone, St. Martin's Press, 09) who is seeking more visibility for my work. Although my novel has garnered excellent reviews and has a presence on the Internet. I feel that it hasn't gotten the support it merits from the traditional publishing establishment. I am determined to bring my book to a wider public and am stepping out of my artist role and into the role of promoter and publicist. As a novice in the world of business, I am hoping to find mentors who can suggests ways of my my achieving my goal.
