Pink Diamond Management did not have the normal beginnings that a lot of Management Company’s have. The founder, Daniella Cobb, did not start within the entertainment industry the normal way. She didn’t have a friend of a friend who put her on. Nor she didn’t do an internship with a big record label or management company and then work her way up the ladder to the top. Instead, she worked in corporate USA in the Human Resources department of several large high end retail companies. And managed their Benefit departments with budgets in the millions. While working at her 9 to 5, she also freelanced with a popular urban magazine within their events department. In freelancing Daniella realized how much power you can have by just standing at the right side of the rope of a dope party. After leaving the corporate world, she decided that she could run her own company just as well as the CEO of Barneys New York. She use her contacts that she gained while freelancing to strike out on her own. Thus Pink Diamond Management was born.

One of Pink Diamond’s first clients was Ms. Melyssa Ford. Daniella was able to score the founder of the Video Vixen game and now Sirius radio host of Hot Jamz in the beginning of 2003. With the success of branding Melyssa, Daniella has been able to add to her roster which now stands as a full glam squad (celebrity hair, makeup and wardrobe stylists), various models popular in both the urban and mainstream markets, a film director, recording artists, and song writers. Also, Pink Diamond Management has been the “urban” influence for several corporate digital mobile companies. With our hard work we have been able to fuse the worlds of fashion, entertainment and music to the success of our clients.
