Ananda Health and Fitness Center offers healing through different modalities to help clients heal themselves by balancing body, mind, emotions and spirit. I am a Certified Biofeedback Therapist with the Natural Thearpies Certification Board, Certified Perfect Health Instructor through the Chopra Center, Registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance and a Certifiec Zumba Instructor working with the American Diabetes Association. The Ananda Center for Health and Fitness has a yoga studio in Golden Colorado. Workshops are offered in nutrition, ayurveda, anti-aging yoga, yoga retreats, mediation, biofeedback and low glycemic cooking classes.
