As a psychotherapist in private practice I enjoy the rich experience of helping people change in deep ways that ultimately transform their lives and relationships forever. On a personal note, I am also a weight loss success story having lost 80lbs and maintaining it for over 10 years now. It has been quite an amazing personal journey of pain, discovery, challenge and triumph over emotional eating and bulimia. In my psychotherapy practice I help others struggling with issues related to weight, food and body issues find their way along their own paths to healing and to joyful embodiment.
