I am an independent gluten-free consultant and author of Gluten-Free Fun. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease as a toddler and have seen a tremendous amount of change in the gluten-free world over the past 30 years. Although I am not a medical expert, I am living 100% gluten-free and have not let Celiac Disease stop me in any way. I like to give back to the gluten-free community in any way I can. In 2004, I joined the NYC Celiac Disease Meetup group. I instantly felt that this group was an invaluable resource. I started co-organizing events in 2005 and in 2006 I became the second lead organizer of this group. In 2008, I took on the group by myself. Our current membership is over 1,110 members, making this the largest Celiac Disease or gluten-free group on Meetup.com. Since I began co-organizing events in 2005, our membership has increased by almost 500%!!

In 2007, I started Gluten-Free Fun as a way of sharing gluten-free restaurant and product reviews, news about Celiac Disease, and general gluten-free information. I usually publish blog postings 4 to 6 times a week. I am always looking for leads so if you have a gluten-free business or idea, please send me my way.
