Growing up I watched my mom, a single mother of 5, manage her family, her parents (in their old age) and maintain a career. Now that her parents have passed and all her children are out of the house she has been able to achieve all of the things in life she wanted to when she was younger. My mom has sacrificed her “Me” in order to provide for everyone else. We naturally balance every part of our life , but neglect the most important part. We discuss some of the major issues most women struggle with, identity, the role of a mom, your new body postpartum, and enjoying life. ICM is a place where women can come and know that they are not the only ones going through this transition of life. You can offer advice, tips, and your real life experience to help others.
