Just received another amazing package of fabric samples from high in the Himalayas, at the foot of the Panchachuli range of peaks and close to the Tibetan border, lies the township of Musiyari and the tribal villages of the Johari Bhotiyas. Here the women traditionally weave beautiful hand-looms in pashmina and sheep wool. Weaving beautiful fabrics has provided these women with social and economic empowerment. Already, sketching design's for fall 2012 collection.
