I have watched many For Sale By Owners struggle to sell their homes. Sometimes running into legal matters. Or have tried to sell but were unsuccessful. I have been working to try to educate them and offer my services should the time arise when they get frustrated and need my full service help. In the meantime, I provide a free in-depth CMA or free post and panel (with their name and number) to attract more buyers. It helps them and whatever leads they feel are not "hot leads for their home". I ask if I may have those names and numbers so perhaps I can help that buyer with a different home. It's a win-win for all involved. I also have a great connection if someone needs to sell all the items in a home for a estate sale.
