ABOUT THE GREEN SCOUT REPORT:
The guiding mission of the Green Scout Report is to serve as the definitive resource for understanding and benefitting from eco and sustainable business practices, as well as for gaining crucial information on innovations in eco-product design.
The Green Scout Report is a forum that provides knowledge and insight from the most inspired business thinkers and designers of the day, as well as a community of inquisitive individuals who are committed to engaging with ideas and each other.
Eco is the new reality. As we navigate the unprecedented challenges of today’s world, companies and individuals alike must think and operate in inventive ways to remain relevant in this bold, new landscape. More than ever, businesses need to be creative, efficient, and smart to compete on the eco-frontier.
By placing a focus on innovation, an eco or sustainable business approach does not have to affect the bottom line. Likewise, “green design” does not mean that sustainability must remain separate from sophisticated, stylish design. Style and substance should be intertwined as an integral part of mainstream popular taste.
The Green Scout Report provides an informed, professionally edited perspective on a green, new world. Throughout the Report, you’ll find ground-breaking stories on companies and individuals reshaping their businesses for the benefit of the environment or charitable causes; tips on how to enable your business to promote a higher good, while also improving your bottom line; and profiles on the latest visionaries in stylish product design that is certain to catch your eye—and capture your imagination.
We are dedicated to building a global community by recognizing and sharing pioneering, creative, and stylish ideas to inspire all of us to be a positive presence on this earth--through both our lifestyle choices and our business practices.
