As a holistic health counselor it is very important to teach people how to eat right and feel great without the struggle of diet. During my study at the Institute of Integrative nutrition I learned about a ton of dietary theories and all the information that went with it. I learned about primary foods. I began taking in all this information and experimenting. I started thinking about what I was putting into my mouth and why. I started chewing and tasting my food. I started listening to my body digesting the food I was eating. Most important I started feeling great!! I got off the scale and stopped obsessing. I had enough energy to go to the gym everyday!! My skin finally cleared up. I discovered that cheese was what made my face break out and got rid of the creams!! I love coffee but I gave that up for a year or so and solved my own stomach problems!! So whats my secret? YOU DON'T NEED TO DIET!! All you need to do is listen to your body, experiment and make the proper adjustments. After a little bit of time you will begin to feel great and the pounds will start shedding....and when they do you will begin to realize that maybe the size 4 you wanted to get into doesn't really matter after all!
