I am a yoga teacher and a Rolfer living in Rio de Janeiro. I teach people about how to experience more freedom in their bodies so they can get more connected to their passions. I lead women on yoga adventures on a beautiful island called Ilha Grande, that has 100 beaches and no cars. I lead yoga teacher trainings and conduct continuing education for yoga teachers. I also specialize in post-partum recovery.
