I was a Dental Hygienist for 25+ years and have always been interested in health and wellness through prevention. I found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed the program in 2010. I feel like I have been preparing for the job of Health Coach my whole life and I am thrilled to help people find their own personal plan for living longer and fuller lives. I am available for public speaking, personal and group coaching. I have a blog and web site and love what I do.
