I'm a veteran computer programmer and an accidental web developer. I started working with mainframes in a very large corporate setting in 1982, and over the years switched to client/server applications, and smaller companies, and finally, moved into development for the Internet in my own company. Right now I think of my business as a ferry, taking me from where I used to be to where I'm going next, but I'm not yet sure where that is.
