Fit Kids Playground is a free monthly event for kids and families that promotes healthy, fun and active lifestyles. We use public spaces and simple tools to teach kids and parents about how simple it is to live a healthy life. Our success has been built upon our commitment to help spread 3 key messages in the community- increasing physical activity in kids, educating kids and parents about healthier eating habits and helping families reduce screen time. Our motto: Real Kids. Real Change. Really Simple.
