We are a niche organization that helps homeowners in foreclosure to find solutions via short sales, loan restructuring/mitigation and equity buyouts. We have been very successful in helping homeowners sell their homes when they desired to and could find no other traditional way of doing so. Additionally, we work with investors to purchase wholesale properties including REOs, tax and Sheriff sales.

I'm working on finding a cash partner to buy real estate at Sheriff sale tomorrow. I have 5 deals right now ready to go - just need the capital to move forward and make substantially more!
