My passion for entrepreneurship began in 2001 when I left the corporated world after 12 years in Sales and eBusiness in Europe and Asia to start my first business in Italy, MC XTEND International Business Development. Then I discovered coaching and realized that it helps me to combine my practical, results-oriented side with my intuitive and caring part. I enjoy working with brilliant, heart-centered entrepreneurs who are ready to use their talents and skills to create something meaningful and rewarding, for themselves and their customers.
