I am a Holistic Lifestyle Empowerment Coach and I have a certification as a Certified Professional Coach. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication at Arizona State University. I have a Therapeutic Lifestyle Educator Certification and I am have completed Level One Reiki enery work. In addition, my professional background consists of nutritional consulting and sales and business resource networking. My inner guide, inner strength, education and life experiences have intuitively drawn me to specific research and to explore and learn therapeutic techniques, effective tools and empowering methods to coach individuals to design their Vision Empowerment Plan.
