management, recording artist, and music publishing agreements. In addition to her practice in the music industry, Ms. Bogle represents visual artists and literary artists in the protection and exploitation of their intellectual property.
Ms. Bogle is also the President and Founder of the Caribbean Education Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to poor children in the Caribbean to attend high school.
Attorney Bogle is an experienced litigator with extensive criminal trial experience. Prior to co-founding Bogle & Chang, she was an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in Boston, Massachusetts. She was a Point Prosecutor for Child Abuse, Domestic Violence and Identity Fraud, in Boston's busiest courts. Ms. Bogle was also an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Attorney General, Criminal Division, in Wilmington, Delaware. As a criminal prosecutor, she conducted over 100 trials.
Attorney Bogle earned her Juris Doctor degree, Deans List from The George Washington
University Law School in Washington, D.C. and was awarded her Certificate in International Human Rights Law from The University of Oxford, in Oxford, England. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The Florida State University and was awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in both International Affairs and Political Science.
