Nilda incorporated to her practice life coaching in 2004. She has had over sixteen years experience in managerial and business positions. She has also maintained a practice as Licensed Clinical Social Worker; she is an accomplished therapist and Certified Life Coach. She has a wealth of experience in management, business and consulting.

Her experience in coaching has evolved from personal development to business coaching. She now consults businesses, non-profit organizations, churches and groups on how to expand and grow their organization. Nilda has assisted many individuals to start their own business and has consulted with small businesses in getting the most productivity from their employees with ease.
