We market our listings to a national and global audience online, but most importantly, we market to our internal database of Marcus & Millichap agents nationwide (over 1500ct). This exposes each listing to 1000's of potential buyers in that marketplace.

My services include:

1) Preparation of a marketing analysis outlining the fair market value based on the property financials, income, history, economic and market influences.

2) Local, Regional, National and Global Marketing

3) Contract negotiations for price and terms between buyer, seller and their related parties.

4) Due diligence according to buyer requirements.
