I grind chocolate from bean to bar using a 2000 year old tradition where the Mayans and Aztecs would stone grind the cacan beans. I only use whole ingredients and don't additional cacao butter, natural or artificial flavoring or even lecithin. Everything is as natural as you can get as if you were growing it from the ground.
