Other services provided are construction management and Sustainable Design/LEED consulting. Construction Management of projects we design allows us to monitor costs and quality more closely than the traditional Construction Administration role of the Architect. CM or CA is determined on a project by project basis and the needs of the client.

Robin Andrade has been a licensed-practicing Architect since 1991. Robin has an outstanding resume having worked for a number of prestigious firms in NYC. Prior to starting her own company she was a partner in a Manhattan based practice for a number of years. Robin Andrade has been involved in sustainable design since 1992. In the past 6 years she has taken on the role of project Architect and consultant to others for various LEED registered projects.
