I've always been fascinated by the structure of businesses. How they operated, who they hired, what they stood for, and most importantly how they succeeded. That is why I began Montage Management and Consulting Services in the summer of 2004. My sole purpose was to help business owners realize their business goals. In 2009 Montage Management & Consulting Services transformed into Project Personnel, LLC. Project Personnel focuses on a businesses most important resources...it's HUMAN resources. We offer comprehensive human resources concepts and solutions.

I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business and I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Most recently I am pursuing my PhD in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

Aside from running Project Personnel I am the managing partner of The Skye Effect, a non-profit initiative and the author of the forthcoming book Career Couture. areer Couture began as my first book (in stores Summer 2012!) and has evolved into my signature brand.

Outside of starting a family, developing a career is one of the most important decisions you will make. Your career inevitably defines your progression through life.

Your career is major part of your life….whether you are a teacher, nurse, lawyer, or an entrepreneur your career defines you. Designing a career requires the same extreme attention to detail that is used in the haute couture fashion houses of Paris, Milan, and New York.
