Career planning should start as early as high school. Why? Because there is still time to explore the world of work without the pressures of living away from home, and the demands of college or a job. Career planning offers you an opportunity to create options and to learn how to use your preferences to create a career path. You will learn about yourself, as well as how you fit uniquely into the world of work. The Career planning process will teach you how to use information to make decisions that will help you learn how to make a living doing what you love over a lifetime.
Together, individually, or through the group process, we will journey to the heart of the matter – bringing the real YOU to the career or work you will love and feel passionate about – your calling. The next step is to feel confident enough to make the BEST career, college major or work choice, with the tools necessary to follow your passions. This is the process that you may not find in a Career Center at your local high school or college due to time constraints and number of students that are required to be served. Yet, this is the most important work you will ever do.
