Sister Cathleen Marie Timberlake is a member of the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and the inspiration behind Monastery Scents, the congregation’s line of handcrafted soaps and lotions. Founded nine years ago, Monastery Scents began when Sister Cathleen Marie decided to pursue her interest in soap making as a source of income for the Community. Cathleen has been a member of the Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild for seven years and was elected to the Board in 2008 for a two year term and is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Programs & Services committee.
