I am responsible for business development at Accela, Inc. a full service Voice-over Internet Provider (VoIP) offering hosted PBX, hosted Dialer, telephony and TI or greater dedicated internet access to commercial enterprises and call centers. Accela's technology allows small to mid-sized businesses to secure the features and functionality of a sophisticated PBX phone system (Dialer for the call centers) for a fraction of the cost.
