For many years, I worked with Fortune 10-500 companies on their IT and business process problems and opportunities, as a Senior Executive with Accenture. I am now partnered with my husband, Peter Rielle. In July 2009, we launched our first on-line venue, http://www.LoobaLee.com, that offers a new money-saving, eco-friendly, and socially-conscious experience for buying and selling kids clothing on-line. Additionally, we leverage our ecommerce and online expertise in assisting local businesses with their websites, web presence, and online reputation.

Top-notch children's clothing has long been a big seller in the on-line auction markets. Quality designer clothing typically stays in style and not as easily succumbed to "fast fashion" retailing, making buying and selling on the resale market a sustainable solution for the environment as well as great for the pocketbook.

It’s a well-known fact that kids grow, that it’s costly to outfit children, and that tons of kids clothing ends up in landfills each year. All of this adds up to a big problem of excess, and at LoobaLee, we’re going to the root of the problem. More than just encouraging moms to swap, trade, sell, hand-down, and move clothing about; we’re on a mission to positively impact the economy, the environment, and the lives of our members.

Most moms we meet love children's fashion, and value the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle), like we do -- and, you don't have sacrifice one for the other.
